01 / About
A career transition, built on what I already know.

I come from operations — billing, backend systems, QA, reporting and process improvement. Now I’m adding Linux, networking, AWS and automation to that foundation.

At Quantanite, I work as a Senior Associate in Operations, handling billing operations, QA, reporting, team support and process improvements for a US-based online food delivery platform.

Before that, I worked in Foodpanda’s backend content operations, managing menus, promotions and quality control.

QUANTANITE · AUG 2025 — PRESENT

Senior Associate — Operations

I lead day-to-day operations for a major U.S.-based online food-delivery client, combining team oversight with high-volume billing, quality assurance, reporting and process improvement. My role includes coaching associates, monitoring productivity, maintaining operational standards, resolving cross-functional issues and acting as a key point of contact for the Billing Team.

QUANTANITE · APR 2024 — AUG 2025

Associate — Data Processing, Operations

Worked across end-to-end billing, reconciliations, Accounts Receivable and financial reporting for a high-volume client environment. I also handled backend data accuracy across NetSuite, Salesforce and Stripe, supported QA and trained new associates. Process improvements and collections work helped reduce 90+ day A/R aging by 35%.

The beginning of my operations chapter

Joining Quantanite moved my career deeper into structured, high-volume operations. It was where billing workflows, data quality, backend systems, client expectations and continuous improvement became a meaningful part of my day-to-day work.

2022
FOODPANDA · DEC 2021 — JUL 2023

Content Assistant — Sales Operations

Worked inside Foodpanda’s backend ecosystem, coordinating restaurant onboarding, vendor enlistment, menu updates, Ops Portal configurations and promotional deals. I focused heavily on content accuracy and quality control so backend changes reached the customer-facing platform correctly and on time.

2021
FOODPANDA + BRITISH EDUCARE

Backend operations & campus outreach

My professional life started with two very different kinds of work: operational backend support at Foodpanda and campus-facing communication through British Educare. Together they gave me early experience in accuracy, coordination, communication and working with different stakeholders.

2020
BRITISH EDUCARE · OCT 2020 — DEC 2021

Campus Ambassador

Represented the organisation on campus by supporting outreach and promotional work, developing marketing materials and building relationships with professors, advisors and student communities. It strengthened my communication and stakeholder-management skills well before my career moved into operations.

Studied Electrical & Electronic Engineering at North South University. The degree gave me a technical academic foundation while I continued building experience outside the classroom. I was also associated with the university’s Art & Photography Club.

2018
DHAKA COLLEGE SCIENCE CLUB · JUL 2017 — FEB 2018

Vice President of Publications

Took responsibility for publications, editorial work and major science events. I served as Convener & Editor of Sputnik, the club’s annual science magazine, while helping coordinate sponsors, participants, logistics and event communications.
